Chopard announced today at Cannes its commitment to expand The Journey to Sustainable Luxury to include its luxury accessories collection – starting with responsibly-sourced leather evening bag, designed in collaboration with award-winning actress Chloë Sevigny. […]

“Chloë is a global style icon”, says Caroline Scheufele, co-president and artistic director of Chopard. “When I heard that Chloë also has a real interest for sustainability, I knew she would be the perfect person to collaborate with to design a special evening bag for Chopard. True luxury is knowing the story behind the pieces we wear, and I am thrilled that Chloë shares this mindset and has joined us on our Journey to Sustainable Luxury.”

“I love collaborating with brands who aren’t afraid to do things differently,” adds Chloë. “The jewellery industry is known for its environmental and social challenges, but Chopard is committed to doing business in a better way and has proven that it can be done. I was inspired by all of their incredible work as part of The Journey to Sustainable Luxury and my design actually came from the theme of LOVE- for people and planet. I hope the bag that we have created is embraced and cherished for years to come.”

The new campaign images were shot by photographer Brianna Capozzi and styled by Haley Wollens.

Chloë Sevigny collaborates with Warby Parker for “Crystal Overlay” collection

Chloë Sevigny has teamed up with Warby Parker for their “Crystal Overlay” collection of glasses and sunglasses. More from

On Tuesday, Warby Parker announced their second collaboration with actress and immutable fashion darling Chloë Sevigny. The Crystal Overlay collection features the Tate frame, which Sevigny helped design for the brand in 2018 to support the brand’s Pupils Project initiative. Though several influencers contributed to the 2018 offering, according to Warby Parker, Sevigny’s style sold out immediately.

“[Chloë’s] design really excited our customers — it was a sellout,” Neil Blumenthal, the company’s co-founder and co-CEO tells COOLS. “It gave us reason to design an entire collection around these understated silhouettes.”

The new images were shot by photographer Alex Phillipe Cohen at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden.
