With the TV premiere of FX’s much-anticipated American Horror Story: Asylum drawing ever nearer, the network organized a premiere event for the new season in Los Angeles last night. Chloë Sevigny, as one the new stars this season, was naturally in attendance, and looked as stylish as ever at the event in a one-sleeve Valentino Pre-Fall 2012 mini. 59 photos in our gallery!

Chloë at “Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations” Met Gala

For the third year in a row, Chloë Sevigny was on hand today at the Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This year themed “Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations”, the gala both explored and honored the iconic Italian fashion designers Elsa Schiaparelli (1890-1973) and Miuccia Prada.

Chloë herself looked very contemporary at the gala in a bold mirror dress from Miuccia Prada’s Miu Miu Fall 2012 collection. We’ll be posting pictures from the event all day, of course, but while we wait for more to surface online check out the first four in the gallery!

Another brilliant clip from Opening Ceremony’s series of videos from Chloë Sevigny’s home. In this clip, Chloë gives us a look at some of her personal photos, and I particularly loved her quip about being an “unconventional beauty”.

This is me in 2003 by Inez and Vinoodh and they were doing portraits of “unconventional beauties” [laughs] for Harper’s Bazaar. And you know, “unconventional”, fine, I’ll take it.
