Fashionista.com caught up with Chloë Sevigny at Paris Fashion Week earlier this week to talk about her recent modeling gig for the Miu Miu Fall/Winter collection. From Fashionista:

Fashionista: What’s it like to be the face of Miu Miu again?
Chloe Sevigny: I’m a huge fan of Miuccia and what she does in the fashion world and the empire that she’s created and, I was just flattered when they asked me again 16 years later. I was surprised! I saw the collection and they told me a bit about the concept for the campaign and, well, who’s it going to hurt? No one.

How was it different from shooting the first campaign?
Well the first time I was really young and inexperienced and it was with Juergen [Teller] so it was much more naturalistic and this campaign was with Mert and Marcus, it was highly stylized and it felt like a bigger machine, you know? A little more glamour, [laughs] a little more make up.

The first two photos from Chloë Sevigny’s Miu Miu Fall/Winter 2012 campaign have finally surfaced online — check them out in our gallery. According to Women’s Wear Daily, the campaign was shot by renowned fashion photographers Mert Alas & Marcus Piggot, and will first appear “in the August issues of assorted international magazines.” Keep your eyes peeled for ‘em!

Exciting news!! According to an unverified rumor on The Fashion Spot Forums, Chloë Sevigny may be attached to Miu Miu’s upcoming Fall/Winter 2012 ad campaign.

Did Miu Miu Tap Chloe Sevigny for Its Fall 2012 Campaign?

Maybe! But disclaimer: this is a very very thin rumor. Based pretty much entirely on a one-sentence post in the TFS Fall 2012 Ad Campaign thread — “Chloe Sevigny is the new face of F/W 2012 Miu Miu,” says Lackuiew, citing an “industry source” — and a little bit of speculation.

As many of you will know, Chloë has been known to wear Miu Miu and appeared in the label’s Spring/Summer campaign back in 1996.

Keep your fingers crossed for this one!!
