Fantastic news! According to Style.com’s exclusive report, Chloë Sevigny will be debuting her upcoming fourth collection for Opening Ceremony with a runway show — her first ever — next month. The full report as follows, courtesy of Style.com.

Exclusive: Chloë Sevigny To Stage First-Ever Runway Show

Chloë Sevigny creates her collections for Opening Ceremony sporadically — as you might expect of someone who has a few other major commitments. (Big Love springs to mind.) Her first was shown with a concert in New York; the second in London back in 2009; her most recent, for Resort ‘11, was shown last at a tea party presentation in Manhattan. Her next one? Next month — when she’ll stage a full-scale runway show.

“Right now I am focused on putting together my first runway show,” Sevigny told Style.com this week. “I’ve never done this part before and it’s a little scary, to be honest. I’m still in the early stages, but I have been looking at spaces, looking at models, and selecting the music and all of that. It’s pretty cool to be doing this.”

The Resort show will be the catwalk debut of Chloë Sevigny x Opening Ceremony collection, and be the first time the retailer has ever shown on the runway for any of its lines.

In what is probably our favorite magazine feature of the year so far, Chloë Sevigny is currently featured in the Spring/Summer issue (i.e. issue 4) of Twin Magazine (UK). The gorgeous new photoshoot was photographed by Kenneth Cappello in Chloë’s New York apartment, (from the looks of it) sometime in the winter. Yesterday, Chloë Sevigny treated us to not one but two sets of new photos, by attending not only the previously reported Co-Op Food & Drink Grand Opening but also the HUGO BOSS on Greene Street Party in Honor of the Young Collectors Council in New York City last night. As always, the first photos from both events have been uploaded to the gallery; enjoy!

Update May 21: According to The Stylist Site, Chloë wore a Hugo Boss ensemble with Chloë Sevigny for Opening Ceremony shoes to the BOSS on Greene Street Party, and an Opening Ceremony dress to the Co-Op opening.

As you will be able to tell from the cover preview in our gallery, the cover shot is actually from Chloë’s 2008 photoshoot for UK Elle, but is no less fabulous for that. Chloë Sevigny and her brother Paul attended the “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City last night. Hall appeared at the Celebration for the Environmental Partnership of Kiehl’s Rare Earth Cleansing Masque Benefiting Waterkeeper Alliance in Santa Monica, CA. Chloë and Hall are the faces of Kiehl’s new Waterkeeper Alliance Campaign, as photographed by Mariano Vivanco; Chloë also designed the label for the campaign’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque product.
