New appearance yayness! On November 14, a stylish Chloë attended the New York premiere of Julian Schnabel’s third film, The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. Photos are at present regrettably scarce, but I was nevertheless able to find 7 medium-res photos of Chloë at the event. More will be added if any surface online!

I would also like to inform you that the gallery will at some point be taken down for renovation for a few days. Fear not, it will return, but not after a thorough revamp (complete with tons of new image additions), so check back soon. For now, however, enjoy the new Chloë photos.

Earlier today I came to the realization the gallery is lacking in footage from Chloë’s latest feature film, David Fincher’s crime drama Zodiac (2007), in which Chloë portrays Robert Graysmith’s (Jake Gyllenhaal) wife Melanie, who feels ignored and uneasy in the face of Robert’s obsession with the Zodiac Killer. Her part in the film, although relatively small, is a signficant feature of the film, as her role represents its only ‘human’ connection. The film has an impressive 89% fresh rating at Rotten Tomatoes!

While we wait for screen caps from the entire film, I took this opportunity to update the gallery with promotional footage from the film as well as site exclusive screen captures from related interviews and available online clips. Enjoy!

The people at Harper’s Bazaar.com have posted a behind-the-scenes video of Chloë’s celebrity rehab-themed photoshoot, as photographed by Peter Lindbergh for the September 2007 issue of American fashion magazine Harper’s Bazaar. The 1:16 long video includes footage from the set as well as interview bits with Chloë and photographer Lindbergh. An extract from Chloë’s inteview:

I love the way [Lindbergh] shoots women. They’re always very strong and confident, I mean, even if they’re weeping, wind-swept and torn away, there’s always something romantic and very feminine about his pictures.

Apologies for the recent lack of updates – things are a bit quiet with Chloë at the moment, and I have been working on my brand new Natalie Portman fan site at Portman Source. Not to worry, however – updates will resume soon. I am currently preparing a new version of the site – not the full version yet, mind you, but something fresh nonetheless – which I look forward to put online soon. I also want to create an entirely new photo gallery for the site, so if you notice some oddities taking place at the imagery, it’s most likely just me mucking around. ;)

Oh, and if anyone has Big Love Season 2 screen captures to donate, please get in touch! I imagine it’ll be a while until the DVD box reaches my country (though, as soon as it does, if I dont have quality screen captures by then, I’ll be sure to grab it and cap it), so any screen cap contributions would be much appreciated.
