My goodness, she’s busy right now! As the rumor mill about Chloë potentially contesting for the female lead in Terminator continues, The Shreveport Times reports that an untitled Nick Cannon short film will be shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana on October 29-30 2007 – and the film will reportedly star Chloë Sevigny.
The film is reportedly being referred to as the “Untitled Manbreak Project”, and will also star Clea DuVall, Timothy Hutton, Wes Bentley and Cannon himself. Again, I’ll keep you posted.
Also, I think the Feast of Love rumor can be considered false. As I have heard absolutely nothing further of Chloë supposed involvement in the film, I think the online news website that reported it had a bit of a mix-up going on; the film involves a character by the name Chloe, not starring Chloë Sevigny. The Chloe in Feast of Love is portrayed by Alexa Davalos. There, that makes more sense, doesn’t it?

More project news for Chloë! This is, admittedly, a bit of a leap of a rumor, but I thought I’d post it anyway. :) CinemaBlend reports that Chloë Sevigny and Rachel Weisz are contesting for the female lead in an upcoming sequel in the hugely successful Terminator franchise. According to the film’s IMDb page, Edward Furlong of Terminator 2: Judgement Day is rumored to have been cast to reprise the role of John Connor in the upcoming sequel, and the film is set for a 2009 U.S. release.
As Claire Danes is reportedly not returning to the role of Kate Brewster – Connor’s wife-to-be – in the upcoming sequel, it is uncertain whether Chloë and Weisz are contesting for her role or the role of another female terminator (along the lines of Kristanna Loken in T3). From IMDb.com:
After the drastic effects of Terminator 3, the story continues as John Connor and soon to be wife Kate Brewster realize they must create a resistance organization with Earth’s remaining survivors against the army of robots slowly being built up by Skynet. As they are building this resistance, one survivor happens to be a traitor in disguise, and has a secret that nobody would ever come to suspect.
I’ll keep you posted!

The Post-Standard reports that Chloë has been cast in (what I would then imagine to be) a small supporting role in Robert Benton’s upcoming drama Feast of Love, co-starring Morgan Freeman, Greg Kinnear, Selma Blair and Radha Mitchell, which opens in U.S. theaters on the coming Friday, September 28th 2007. However, I can’t find any information about this role anywhere else – not even IMDb.com. From Syracuse.com:
Kinnear is cast as Bradley, the owner of a coffee shop in a tight-knit Oregon community. His daily buddy is a writer and professor acted by Oscar-winner Morgan Freeman, a man to whom Bradley confesses his endless string of romantic problems.
His current headache centers on his wife (Selma Blair) who is caught up in an affair with an edgy real estate agent (Radha Mitchell) who, in turn is having an affair with a married man (Billy Burke). Also causing him grief are a beautiful newcomer (Chloe Sevigny) and a troubled young man (Toby Hemingway).
I couldnt’ spot Chloë in the trailer for the film either. Can anyone confirm this news?

Great news! Yesterday, Chloë attended the Annual FIT Couture Council Luncheon honoring Alber Elbaz of Lanvin in New York. I’m not sure about the glasses, hehe, but other than that she looked fabulous, as usual. I just added the 21 first medium-res photos of her at the event to the gallery, heres to hoping more (HQs!) will surface online soon. Enjoy! The gallery is now past 15,000 photos!
Update: Bloomberg.com reports that by dining at the FIT Couture Luncheon Chloë, alongside celebrities such as Linda Evangelista, Demi Moore and Iman, raised $250,000 for the Fashion Institute of Technology museum!
